I am single, but my orgasms are controlled by a platonic "friend." I would gladly wear either belt, but I'm a good girl so the chances are that I would never get any punishment shocks if I wore the one for owned submissives.
I like maths, so the percentage chances are fine for me, but I find it difficult to put myself in the girl's shoes if she misunderstands what the percentages mean for her, because I would always do my sums before putting on a TTcB.
Perhaps the exact odds could be obfuscated somehow. For example, you know that the belt will give a random number of orgasms each month between zero and thirty, but what it doesn't tell you is that the odds are 99.997% of getting zero and 0.0001% for each of the other thirty options.
I think I would jump at the chance for the one. I've been denied for 4 months before, so the probabilities seem to be fine. The chances of orgasm are high enough on the one hand to be within my limits, and on the other hand a year isn't excessive long either.
If I were owned though.... I don't know, depends on how much my owner likes to punish me I guess? ;)
