Excellent. Reminds me of those great error reports... I always love to see more about the technical side of that crazy company and their crazy products.
I especially like the last paragraph. It lets the reader get a glimpse into the desperate nature of edging. You can tell the help-desk woman has been there. (As a side note, "only 30 more edges tonight" sounds wonderfully harsh. I wonder how many the woman had to endure before she finally cracked and called.)
I find the idea that the help desk staff have to have memorized all the technical details and possible settings of the belt stimulating too. The idea of having to pour through the manuals while wearing a belt, learning just how much trouble they could be in, fascinating. I can imagine too that they have to get a perfect score on their understanding of the material, or else they will be punished through their own belts.
Just posting to identify my old posts. I can't register freely to post under my own pseudonym at this time, so I will cheat a bit and label my contributions with "Anon" for now. :)
Oh, it would be so hot to get such a manual for the devices... Maybe a PDF instead of a caption. Ah, good old times, reminds me of the "manual" for the gels, that BIG long series of captions.
TTCB help desk training, now that is something we would for sure would love to know more about as well.

Well done, and thanks for making these!
