After reading the first one, I expected the 2nd one to continue, so was a bit disappointed that it did not, but then, the second caption was delightfully cruel :)
Enjoyable game you came up with. Apparently I'm not as avid a reader of your blog as I thought, it took me a few tries to make it through to the hidden treasures. GreyRose
That wasn't easy (because of my lack of prior knowledge), but I found how to get to the captions (Doubting Anonymous here will be pinged, but if a 4-year hope can be answered... ;) ) For anyone who doesn't have the password, tough luck! I'm not giving it to you.
However, here's how you decrypt once you have the password:
1) Use the "Inspect Element" tool of your browser to access the full encrypted text behind the now inert "show encrypted text" link.
2) Go to http://www.vincentcheung.ca/jsencryption/ which is where chuckthrill gets their encryption script from.
3) Paste the text in the "Cipher text" box, and write the password in the "Key" box. Click "Decrypt", and voilĂ !
Both were nice, though I particularly liked the first one.
ReplyDeleteTrying not to spoil the captions with my comments here. :)
I think the victim not knowing how long the program will last, or whether or not it is permanent in the first one, makes it the hottest.
Both were nice. Good job!
ReplyDeleteSome fun captions.

Oooh, this game was wicked fun. I hope there will be more. Both of the captions were deliciously cruel
ReplyDeleteAwesome. loved the game
ReplyDeleteIs there any chance these captions still exist? I even did the quiz and have the password.
