I enjoy the lightness of tone. The way the operator, who no doubt speaks from experience, is able to be completely honest with the caller while still encouraging her to step fully into the world of denial.
With the manual going directly to the key holder, the belted girl can only excite her imagination with just what might be in it.
I love the innocence of her sharing the manual with her boyfriend and how he now has so many ideas on how to support her fantasy. :-)
